Well my baby shower was this weekend and boy was it so much fun... It started around 2:30 and there were alot of people there and alot of love put in the shower..
My sister, Aunt Valesha and Grams, put so much time and detail into pretty much everything and every piece of my shower...
I had cupcakes with monkeys on them (they were so cute), pink and white ballons everywhere, candy bars with monkey slip covers on them and just perfect decorations. I couldnt of been more pleased and I know Abby was happy when mom ate a cupcake... The shower was perfect.
Abby got lots of great stuff like her first glow worm and set of fun socks (thanks Aunt Karen), rattles and hairbows and so much more. CLOTHES GALORE (and I have not even finished putting things away yet.
My friend Celeste gave us so many great toys and items for Abby... I especially love the piano she gave us.. I got everything washed and cleaned up and its ready for baby use.. Abby is one lucky lucky gal...
Eric was excited to go through the presents (since he was not at the shower on Saturday) and see all the nice stuff Abby got (by the way he hates the hair bows)
We spent Sundy putting things away soaking bottles and also boiling the lids. I have 21 bottles and I dont know if that is enough or not but it sure sounds like enough.. lol.. I am working on getting all her stuff put up and when I am completely done it will be a sigh of relieve..
My sister Destiny and Jason have gladly excepted being God Parents.. which made Eric and I very excited and Very Happy... We dont plan on anything happening to us but we know if something did Abby would be well taken care of.
Well I better get off her and get to work..
